In the first round you submit your ideas and solutions to meet AVEVA City's latest challenge —to deliver prosperity in a changing world. This can take the form of a video of your team setting out your plan, a video of your solution itself, or a written description supported by visuals. Show us how you’ll integrate a specified AVEVA software into your solution.
Deadline: Midnight, Pacific Day Time on December 1, 2025
Ideate. The AVEVA City framework provides an engaging way to collaborate with colleagues on a realistic complex challenge without the real-world risk
Innovate. It fosters innovation by motivating your team to create a more newsworthy solution than your competitors
Integrate. It encourages your team to explore novel ways to integrate AVEVA products that they may not have considered before
Communicate. Share your progress on social media with the Participant's badge.
In the next round, you’ll build on your initial idea and start building your solution. You’ll then present your solution to a judging panel in a virtual environment week commencing 23rd February 2026 (provisional date).
Ideate. Practice defining a specific problem and explaining how your proposed solution will fix this
Integrate. Strengthen internal team relationships, through sharing knowledge and expertise to address a shared challenge
Innovate. Gain valuable experience solutioneering the type of challenges encountered when developing novel solutions for customers
Communicate. Experience pitching a solution to executives, which can be taken into real-world situations to communicate with customers

In this Grand Final contest, you will be assigned your final challenge.
You have now reached the decisive - and most critical - phase of the AVEVA Partner Games. All eyes are on you. You are here on considerable merit, yet still have a major hurdle to overcome. Be prepared for one last challenge which will be revealed on site.
Upon completion of this concluding challenge, the Ultimate AVEVA Partner Games Victor will be announced and given the stage to present their solution to a global audience.
