Plot your team’s route to Ultimate Victor status
As you assess your chosen district, you are but three contests away from ultimate victory in the AVEVA Partner Games.
All Districts are competing in the same overall competition, your team will enter into only one District.
District Qualifiers
The Submission Round will see you submit your ideas and solutions for the challenge you choose. This can take the form of a written description supported by visuals, a video of your team setting out your plan, or a video of your solution itself.
Show us how you’ll integrate a specified AVEVA product (see the challenge description) into your technical solution.
What’s in it for you?
We’ll feature your submission in our online Team Tracker.
If successful in the District Qualifiers, you will progress to the District Trials.
District Trials
In Round 1 you’ll build on your initial submission pitch and hone your strategy for the greater good. It’s now time to get specific about how you’ll emerge as a leader amongst the teams competing alongside you in your district.
You’ll then present your solution to a judging panel in a virtual environment on June 27, 2024.
What’s in it for you?
As a District Trials competitor, you will receive an upgraded District Trialist’s badge.

Presentation date: June 27, 2024
If you’re one of the top four* teams in your chosen District, you’ll achieve District Champion status and progress to the AVEVA League of Champions.
To reflect this, you will receive a further upgraded Finalist’s badge.
Each participant in the finalist teams will receive a full conference pass to AVEVA World 2024, worth €1699 each. Here, you’ll participate in person at the AVEVA League of Champions**.
You’ll be assigned an AVEVA technical expert - a leader in the HMI/SCADA or PI environment who will be your mentor during your final challenge.
*A minimum of four teams will be progressed to the final.
**Each participant in the District Champion team will receive a ticket to AVEVA World 2024. Travel and accommodation will be at the contestant’s expense.
AVEVA League of Champions
At Round 2, the grand final, you will be assigned your final challenge.
You have now reached the decisive - and most critical - phase of the AVEVA Partner Games. All eyes are on you. You are here on considerable merit, yet still have a major hurdle to overcome. Between you and your final conquest are the Champions from the other Districts - formidable rivals you are yet to be pitched against.
It’s all or nothing now as, upon completion of this concluding challenge, the Ultimate AVEVA Partner Games Victor will be announced and given the stage to present their solution to a global audience.

Finalists will receive competition swag.
As part of the Ultimate Victor team, you will have the opportunity to present your winning solution to customers at AVEVA World 2024 in October.
We’ll help you maximize the global public relations opportunities of your achievement.
Time frame: AVEVA World 2024, October 14 – 17, Paris.
