  • Who can enter the AVEVA Partner Games?
    Anyone who works for an active AVEVA partner can enter the games.
  • How do I register for the AVEVA Partner Games 2024?
    Register your team by completing this form.
  • How many people can I have in my team?
    Maximum 3 people. Your team captain can add these team members in the team dashboard.
  • Does my entire team need to be from the same company?
    No – but all team members must be from companies that are an active partner with AVEVA.
  • What is the deadline to register my team?
    Entries for the Submission round – District Qualifiers – are due by midnight (PDT) on June 5. Your team should be all registered before this submission deadline
  • How will I know if I have progressed onto the next round?
    We will send every team an email following each round to let them know if they have been successful or not in progressing within one week of the deadline for each round.
  • What time zone will the virtual presentations be held on?
    We will set a suitable time zone for the virtual presentations based on the teams that have been progressed through.
  • How many teams will get through to the grand final?
    A minimum of four winning teams from the virtual round will be selected for the AVEVA World, in-person hackathon.
  • When will my team know if we have made it to the finale in Paris?
    We aim to inform every finalist no later than July 1 to leave ample time to arrange travel to Paris.
  • Do we need to share our code/application with AVEVA?
    No.
  • Which resources are available to help me?
  • Does AVEVA provide any datasets we can use for our application?
    No.
  • Will AVEVA help with virtual environments?
    Yes, for teams qualified for the League of Champions (the final) at AVEVA World, we will provide a node for each team to use.
